The book · Coming next season

A hundred articles is a method, not an accident.

I am writing the book I needed at paper number one.

Dear colleague,

A hundred articles is not a vanity number. It is the point at which a research career stops depending on any single mentor, department, or country, and starts running on its own engine. Most people who get there did not plan it. They stumbled into a way of working that happened to compound, and repeated it without ever knowing why it worked.

The book names those ways of working. Each chapter takes one model for building a publication record, shows the mechanism behind it, gives the numbers, and says plainly when it fails. Together they are a map from your first paper to a career you own.

The manuscript is being written now, and the title stays under wraps until my publisher and I announce it properly. If you join the list, you read the first chapter before anyone else, you watch the models take shape in the weekly letters, and you hear the announcement on the day it happens.

What you get by joining

  1. The first chapter, in full, before publication
  2. One model a week inside Dimitri's Letters (starting this fall)
  3. The announcement, and the launch offer, before the public gets either

Read it first.

Free. One email when the chapter is ready, one when the book opens. The weekly letters in between.

We will email you a link to confirm your address. Confirming puts you on the book list, subscribes you to Dimitri's Letters (unsubscribe anytime) and opens your access to the assistant. You must be 18 or older. Terms · Privacy.
